"Hotel bien pero nosotros viajamos con nuestro Animal de Servicio y el staff no sabe como son las reglas de un pero de SERVICIO y nos prohibieron los acessos a las zonas de comida, le mostramos la tarjeta de ANIMAL SERVICE pero no quisieron entender."

"The hotel and staff was great. However, when I arrived at the airport 11pm in the night, the driver wasn't there for the agreed time, it was raining, I don't speak spanish (the country main language) so I was left a bit stranded. The hotel staff was helpful but only for the ways they stand to benefit, their recommendations was the most expensive way out. My stay there was overall a great one. The breakfast was so delicious especially the juices."

"Looking for luxury? This isn't it. Peace & quiet? Nope! A decent place to lay your head for 1-3 days (not an extended stay). 100%! Pics definitely glossier than accommodations. Staff is very nice & helpful. However, there's lots of reasons to feel misled. I'm a realistic traveler. I love unfussy simple places to quietly relax. When I arrived (btw address is wrong on Orbitz by ~1/4 mile! Dragged luggage, no sidewalk) someone was in my room because their flight was delayed. I stayed in a subpar room overnight. Why not move THEM? Neighborhood feels very sketchy at night. Lots of very loud locals outside the hotel with motorcycles/loud music/socializing all nights of the week until sunrise. BRING EARPLUGS! Very urban vs. quaint resort location. First night the lights went out & an extremely noisy generator ran for an hour directly underneath my window after midnight. The air conditioner blew directly in my face on the bed... a mess. My actual room was better, but honestly, *everything* needs a modern upgrade. Amenities: only 2 tiny bars of soap & 2 towels. Food at attached restaurant was delightful! However, I'm told it's more expensive than other locations with same fare. IMPORTANT: There's no dedicated beach! There are chairs/tables on a sandy portion outside of the restaurant. No beach chair/towel/umbrella to enjoy the sun without literally being IN/AT the restaurant. There's a small beach area directly next door, but unclear if that's for the property next door or public."
