"Staff was friendly, courteous and accommodating. Yes the Hotel is dated but it had everything we needed for one night before our cruise. Pool was available and used by many. Two restaurants available on the spot. I appreciated that it was on the Isla verde strip, very walkable. We enjoyed the beach and great selections of restaurants, casinos, supermarket and Walgreens. "Check-in was slow n the pool was cold despite the warm conditions but the staff was friendly and it’s a beautiful resort. I understand the bar area is not owned by the hotel but the options were limited and the staff was very slow to wait on you and the food took forever. For being at a resort I expected more options and faster service for food, checkin, and overall experience. "
