"Location was spot on, walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shopping, tourist spots and public transport. The staff both reception and the cleaning crew were friendly and happy to assist. The onsite restaurant had an excellent buffet breakfast and the friendly service was fast and efficient. Only negative was the bad coffee. The room was clean and beds were v comfortable. I would be very happy to stay there again. "

"Mitsui Garden is a chain hotel with many in the area. We tried this one because of the location in relationship to where our friends were staying. It is also really close to the Higashi-Ginza stop of the Hibiya line and an 8-10min walk to the Ginza line. There is an elevator across the street to get down to the trains, otherwise it is a lot of stairs. The hotel staff was amazing and helpful. Laundry was challenging seeing as they only have 3 machines and I think 14 floors of rooms. It only took coins, paypay, transit cards. I used my Suica card. It did not take credit card. You could watch a pretty accurate update on the machine availability on the tv in your room. WiFi was not very good in the evenings. I think too many people were on it. The room itself was spacious and comfortably fit our three pieces of luggage, two carry-ons, and two people. They had an in room fridge which was helpful and provided bottle water everyday. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay here again. "

"Good breakfast, great location, friendly staff. Got a smoking room by mistake and could not switch to non-smoking as they were sold out. Didn’t know smoking rooms still existed… hotel needs some renovations."

"Didn’t opt for breakfast. Staff were very helpful with check in, check out, and laundry. Great location, and rooms were clean and space was well used even with how compact it was. Good sound proofing, I didn’t hear any other guests during our stay"
