Very good option after arriving at Narita airport to transition into Japan. Swimming pool however closed about 4:30 Nice breakfast buffet. Dedicated airport bus

The first time we stayed here it was EXCELLENT!! This time we had a completely opposite experience. Starting with the bus driver who threw our suitcases into the bottom of the bus and then drug them out and let them hit the sidewalk at the hotel…. We were very unimpressed. The first time, the driver was smiling and pleasant and was careful with our suitcases and a porter came out and helped us get inside with our luggage and was very helpful and friendly. The front desk staff the first time were also smiling and pleasant and explained things well. The time, they took my payment, hardly speaking to me and said “Youre all finished” while handing me a receipt and I stalled for a moment because we had no room key and when I asked about the room number and key he said “I know!” with lots of attitude. Its strange to have inconsistent experiences with staff. This time they were overall less helpful and much less friendly. The guys outside and helping at the door were much much more helpful.

A nice airport hotel but there is really nothing around that area. The single room is spacious enough for 1 person but not two. The walls are thin so if you have a noise neighbor it might be difficult. The room service was good and polite. Only stayed 1 night.

Pretty isolated in the airport neighborhood, which is probably the same as any airport neighborhood. The 24-hr Lawson’s was awesome, small but packed with all the necessary goodies. The breakfast buffet was also really good, even with a vitamin supplement section. A good stop for travelers like us that just need a short night’s stay to make a connection.

The hotel is a bit dated and could use some updating, but our room was clean, the breakfast buffet was great, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a definite plus.
