"The room was spotless, modern and was thoughtfully laid out. Many nice touches including a Dyson hair dryer. Most notable was the pleasant, highly efficient and courteous staff. The lovely women at the front desk, the young gentlemen who took care of luggage and arranging taxis, the waitstaff in the breakfast room and restaurant and the maids and cleaning staff could not have been better. Hotel Regina was a super positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

Within walking distance to the royal palace and cathedral (8 min) and just off the Gran Via. The metro stop is a block away and easy to use once you understand the stops and stations. Taxi stop right out the door so very easy to grab one. "
