「Enjoyed our stay at this location. Property was as described, exceptionally clean with spacious living areas. Loved that all appliances and kitchen utensils where fairly new. The only small downsides that I could think would be an issue to some folks, although not necessarily in my case, were proximity to airport and being located in a 3rd story. All in all, this is DEFINITELY a place I would stay in again!」

「This room was listed accurately and has amazing aesthetics. The host was super communicative and attentive and did his best to help me navigate the sidewalk improvements that were being made on the day of my arrival. My one suggestion would be to provide a kureg or similar basic coffee set up in the room for guests. It was my first time to visit Yonkers and there wasn’t a lot of coffee shops there. Thanks for delivering a quality experience, I would stay here again.」

「The host allowed us to check in around 12pm without charging an additional fee. He was usually pretty quick to respond. Location was easy to find. We had plenty of bedding, towels and wash cloths. House had some updates but could’ve been a little bit cleaner. We didn’t have any disruptions from the other tenants. However parking is tight and a bit of a free for all. The neighborhood is a little run down. We did enjoy our time though and felt safe overall. 」
