"This place is real 'oasis'. The resort is really pretty and provided a great dose of tranquility and winter sun by the pools. The resort provided 'all inclusive' with a good selection. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the team, especially for organising the bespoke tour to Ourika Valley/waterfalls hike in the Atlas that included transfer to the airport- This was a real unplanned bonus for us. Also, the guides provided were brilliant. The hotel also provides shuttle to the Medina. We found this great- easy to book and efficient. "Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, not happy they are single beds though. Telephone in rooms don’t work. Nice atmosphere, decor and outside areas look pretty. Have to pay to use Hammam but advetised as included in the AI deal!!! Otherwise an enjoyable stay."
