「There’s no doubt this is a stunning property. We stayed in a delux villa which was also beautifully furnished. Being Relais & Chateâux we expected service to be of very high standard which it certainly was not. There’s clearly a lack of leadership and proper training.」

「Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La chambre était spacieuse, d’une propreté irréprochable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le coin terrasse est magnifique, un vrai petit havre de paix. On entend le doux bruit de la fontaine, hyper apaisant… un vrai moment de détente. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, bienveillant et attentif. 「1st room was a very long walk to the restaurant and pool, swapped to 2nd room had a very bad smell, swapped to 3rd room closer all areas of the resort and was comfortable, room furnitures are very old from the 70’s, you have to pay to use safe in the room, front reception staff are very helpful, Wifi very poor, good verity of breakfast, lunch and dinner. All in all, not a bad resort for a low budget.」

「The staff was amazing - all of them, want to mention Aamar though in particular. They go out of their way to accommodate guests' requests, polite and helpful. Room was clean and large but the hotel is a bit dated and located about 30 minutes drive from centre. 」
