「We had the most amazing stay at the riad Charme D'Orient! Laurence was delightful and her staff was absolutely amazing. Our room was in great conditions, we loved the breakfast and we also took advantage of the Hammam treatments on our last day (to pay separately). The riad is near the Medina but away from the chaos. We received great assistance and care, from booking our taxi to advice on places to visit, etc. We would highly recommend and we hope to go back one day! 」

「一人で利用。スタンダードルーム。内装は綺麗で中は大変静かで落ち着く環境で文句なし。スタッフも穏やかで人の良い印象で良かった。朝、小鳥のさえずりが聞こえてくるのが素敵。ここがある意味一番のポイントかもしれない。 朝食はフルーツがあるときと無いとき(卵焼きが代わり)がある。量は申し分ないが、朝食のグレードはもう少し高いと嬉しい所。近所で食事もでき、治安も不安なし。シャワーも熱い湯がよく出てる。私は諭吉以下で泊まったが、申し分ないと感じた。ありがとう」

「多くのスタッフは特に問題はないが、コンシェルジュの仕切りは最悪で、5つ星ホテルとは到底思えない不誠実ぶり。具体的には、カサブランカ空港までの車を手配したところ、当日になってクレジットカードでの支払いを拒否され、予約していたグレードの車よりも低いグレードの車が配車された。クレームしなければそのままにする様子がありあり。ホテルの総支配人への面会を求めたところ、慌てて修正する始末。こんな5つ星ホテルはこれまで経験なく、あり得ない。」
