「It's quiet, comfortable and relaxing once you are inside the riad, and the staff is very helpful. If you are arriving by cab, you will most likely be dropped off near the tower of Kasbah Mosque, which is about as close as you can get by car. From there it's about a 5 minutes' walk. A first-time visitor will find it quite challenging, or even impossible, to find their way to the riad; the best option is to pre-arrange with the riad so one of their staff will meet you where you get dropped off and...

「多くのスタッフは特に問題はないが、コンシェルジュの仕切りは最悪で、5つ星ホテルとは到底思えない不誠実ぶり。具体的には、カサブランカ空港までの車を手配したところ、当日になってクレジットカードでの支払いを拒否され、予約していたグレードの車よりも低いグレードの車が配車された。クレームしなければそのままにする様子がありあり。ホテルの総支配人への面会を求めたところ、慌てて修正する始末。こんな5つ星ホテルはこれまで経験なく、あり得ない。」

「Cet endroit est un chef d'oeuvre de mauvaise construction.
Les chambres sont tellement mal isolé que l'on entend tout des chambres voisines. Les avions semblent atterrrir dans notre chambres, les douches tombent en ruine....ect」
