The worse place I stayed at in my entire life

From quality of service, food, room and staff. Everything was null. This place does not even deserve a one ⭐. AC not working. Room toilet was filthy. Pizza boxes in the balcony. So many guests were arguing with staff in regards to food and quality of service. It was an nightmare. Avoid Avoid Avoid. This place was a disgrace to Morocco's tourism

Stayed for two nights, but the experience didn’t match the 5-star rating. Service was slow and unresponsive, with simple requests needing multiple follow-ups. Check-in was disorganized, and we waited too long to get to our room. Breakfast was disappointing—limited variety, stale bread, and poor-tasting juices. The ‘msemen’ station looked promising, but the line moved too slowly. The room was clean and had good AC, but that was about it. Overall, not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it for a genuine 5-star stay…

If you’re thinking about coming here, think twice!!!!! We stayed in Marrakech at Mogador Aqua Fun, and the reception was very rude. The hotel is dark and outdated. The rooms are old-fashioned and dusty, and the bathroom is moldy, with a bathtub that seems to be from the time the hotel was built. We didn’t have any towels or bath towels to dry off with, and when we called the reception, no one answered or answered annoyed. The place is also not cleaned daily, and toilet paper is not restocked. If you want it to be clean you have to beg for it. The ground in the pool are extremely slippery, and the stairs to the slides are rusty and unsafe, as are the slides themselves. So i would think twice to bring my child here again. The only good things are that it’s close to Jemaa el-Fna and the food is decent. The breakfast is okay, but I definitely wouldn’t return!

Tourist Trap! AVOID (worst hotel experience)

Please stay away from this hotel! The staff are not bothered, rude, arrogant to say the least, shocking, this is a hospitality business and they don’t know the first thing about hospitality! The rooms were NOT like the photos, stains on the pillows and sheets, reception staff extremely unprofessional. Wouldn’t give any extra towels. My dad who is diabetic needed some sugar because his levels dropped, staff refused to help. Our key card stopped working 6 times and instead of a simple apology they said good you should exercise? There’s a long list of things like lying that they don’t provide toothpaste and then i daughter them handing toothpaste to another guest! Please save your money this place is a disgrace.

nous avons prix cet hôtel pour les jeux aquatiques certains fonctionnaient d autres non et a /des horaires définie .la chambre donnait sur une rue bruyante nous avons demande de changer de chambre ce qui n ont pas voulu alors que l hôtel était a moitié vide ,la moquette était nauséabonde ,la vétusté du mobilier de plus l hôtel est loin du centre ville et les avions commençant leur descente d ou le bruit incessant toute la journée c est dommage ! mauvaise expérience ! cet hôtel devrait être dégradé a 3 Etoiles !!!!
