「The Riad and the staff are absolutely incredible! If I could give more stars for the level of service we received I would. The only downside for us was the location. It was quite difficult to find when we first arrived (for some reason it took me somewhere different when I typed it on my Apple Maps) and we felt quite unsafe navigating those alleys to get to it at night. 「The riad is beyond stunning, relaxing and every staff made our experience 10/10. Big shout out to the manager (feel awful now for forgetting his name!) nothing was too big of an ask, helped us understand Marrakesh, where to go etc. breakfast was lovely, room was beautiful and bed and new towels on most days. 「We can't recommend this riad enough! The customer service from end to end has been excellent, with Moustapha, Jamal and the team being the most welcoming and considerate hosts to us for the whole week. Nothing is too much trouble, from helping us get from the airport to giving local recommendations, and even organising early breakfasts for us when we had trips planned.
