「チェックアウト時に、利用していないディナー代金が料金に含まれていた。申し出たところ料金は正しく修正されたが、チェックアウトを担当したスタッフからの謝罪はなかった。このホテルに限らないがスタッフの質の差が激しい。 部屋自体は広く快適だが、換気扇やバスルームの壁の亀裂に建物の古さを感じる。 旧市街の喧騒から離れられ、ショッピングモールも向かいにあり、立地は良い。」

「ホテルのハード面部分(お部屋、プール、テラス、外観、内装)などはロマンチックでラグジュアリーでセンス良く、最高の空間です。 ただスタッフの方々の対応がとても残念でした。 モロッコでたまに感じた事ですが、アジア人差別のようなものがあるように感じます。 マネージャークラスの方々はプロフェッショナルな対応で問題なかったのですが、 レストランのスタッフやレセプションの方、特に女性に態度の悪さを感じてしまいました。 私たちは英語が割と流暢に話せるので、言葉の問題ではないと思います。 他の白人のお客さんと明らかに違う態度をとられ、5つ星ホテルでこんな対応をされるなんてがっかりしてしまいました。 朝食も、他の5つ星ホテルに比べたら、内容も物足りなく、あまり美味しくなかったです。。 外観、内観、ホテルの雰囲気がいい分、サービスももう少しよくなればもっと最高のホテルになるかと思います。」

「Very close to a large shopping mall」

「ホテルは環境がよく便利なところにあり、部屋も快適でしたが、チェックインまで長い時間待たされました。ホテルの規模に見合わない小さいチェックインカウンターが一つしかなく、スタッフ2ー3人が邪魔しあいながら対応している感じでした。声かけるので座っていてくださいと言われ待っていましたが、後から来た団体客の対応などでまったく声がかからず、何度か催促しては笑顔で返されるだけ。少しフロントが落ち着いたと思ったら、「今部屋のクリーニングをしているのでもうしばらくお待ちください」とお茶をふるまわれました。せっかく早めに到着したのに、チェックイン待ちでだいぶ損をした気持ちです。」

「Good size 2 bedroom apartment in a fairly modern complex with a small communal pool. 10-12 minute walk to shopping mall. Apartment has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Small balcony, washing machine and good wifi. Some issues: toilet seat not attached, electric shock from sink in bathroom as not earthed, air con in main bedroom not working, washing machine needed to be pulled out from underneath kitchen unit to be plugged in, power points in kitchen right above electric hob so...

「The unit itself is in poor condition. The room smells, and if you have allergies, you are definitely not in the right place.」

「When i called on the contact number they advised last minute that the property they are going to give me is different from the listing. The place was terrible with nothing in there. No pillows on the beds, ac were not working, no toilet paper or soap in the toilets. I left after couple of hours」
