"Tucked away in a great part of the Medina. A little tricky to find it the first time. Staff are super welcoming. Rooms are unique and lovely. The bathroom was the nicest hotel bathroom that I’ve ever seen. The terrace is beautiful. The breakfast was great (and no problem with supplying us breakfast early for our morning flight). Highly recommend Yves if you are staying in Marrakech."

"A charming and pretty Riad with an okay room for an overall good stay. However, a few issues held it back: the window couldn't lock (security concern), water pressure was quite low, there was no complimentary tea or coffee, and the breakfast was poor."

Pilar and her amazing staff have created an unforgettable space. We were lucky enough to stay in the riad in its infancy. There were a couple of options that weren’t available yet but Pilar and her staff made us feel like it was our home for two days and we are almost as excited as she is to see her vision come to life. If you are looking for beauty, peace, finishing touches everywhere you look, and warm, smiles that remind you of your own family, Free People Riad has it all abundantly. Mucho...

Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay. Beautiful riad inside the marketplace in Marrakesh - but NO noise at all from outside. Staff were amazing; every request handled immediately with great attention to detail, and wonderful warmth and courtesy. They truly cared about making every guest feel welcome. The breakfast, which we had served to us on the rooftop, each day, was a great variety of tastes and textures - freshly made. Our toom accomodation was a two floor "apartment", with beautiful...

This hotel will take care of you and get to know you. The room was timeless and a classic Moroccan beauty. This hotel was the best part of our trip to Marrakesh. The Jazz Bar essence and atmosphere is outstanding. I felt like I had been transported in time but with all the amenities. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and been disappointed before but this one gets it right. We felt no need to even leave the hotel in the evenings with the jazz bar and two restaurants. The moment the door of the riad opened onto the alley, everything felt delightful. We were welcomed in the warmest way possible, with genuine kindness, traditional tea, and some biscuits. In fact, we loved the biscuits so much that we had to ask for more, probably some of the best I've ever tasted!
The riad itself is beautiful, and the rooms are an absolute pleasure. From the shower and bathtub to the bed, everything was just perfect. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more.

Very nice hidden gem. Walk right into Medina. Couple of minutes walk to Bacha house and coffee. ( one of main entrance to Medina) unique experience to live in a local house with Moroccan taste. They serve 5star breakfast. Wonderful staff. Would decently come back. I stayed at Mariot at Fes. But this was more fun.

We loved the Riad. Travelers need to know that riads are generally down back streets so they need to assess their travel experience and comfort with this detail.

Wonderful, kind hosts. Had a great time at this hotel. I especially enjoyed the spacious room and many places to hang clothes. There was a hairdryer, no tv, private bathroom and a balcony to hang out on. Sometimes you could hear noise from outside but it’s a very quiet street overall, and we were on the ground floor so it was not a problem. Would highly recommend.

We are pleased by the willingness of staff to help. We arrived at the Riad around 10pm due to the delay caused by the day trip and have to leave early next morning. During our 10 hour stay in the Riad, the staff prepared our dinner as well as breakfast and helped to hire taxi for us. The Riad is located at the edge of Médina with easy to reach many places. It is very crowded at night market outside. However, it is quiet inside the Riad. The breakfast could be improved.

Beautiful Riad in the Medina! Room was clean and very nice! Staff was amazing and very friendly. We ate breakfast at the Riad twice. It was delicious and prepared fresh by the staff. The pool was nice. There is also a very nice terrace at the top of the Riad. We walked almost everywhere but taxis are just a 3 minute walk away if needed. The souks are just as close. If I were to return to Marrakech, I would absolutely book here again.

Riad has a beautiful interior and its staff is highly focused on making your stay enjoyable.
