"The room didn’t seem very clean but it could also be the rustic style of the hotel. We didn’t stay very long so didn’t get to experience the rooftop, spa or breakfast. Location is in the central Medina but makes it hard to enter with luggage as cars can’t reach the riad "

Amazing setting, in the medina (note that the taxi cannot get to the entrance, which is clearly mentioned in the hotel website and comments). Amazing history throughout the accommodation, in the common areas as well as the rooms. The staff were friendly, showing great hospitality, professional. They helped with choices of restaurants, recommendations of places of interest. The hotel was very clean. The swimming pools were nice, clean and refreshing. Facilities were great throughout. Breakfast was served extended hours and was rich. Internet worked really well. "
