Loved our stay at the Riad Khalifa. The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The place was pretty and the attention from Hamman flawless. Really kind and helpful. But the room could have been cleaner as well as the shower. Also the shower head was broken. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. We stiil had a great time.

Riad Khalifa was a 10/10. The staff was super nice and accommodating. This Riad is stunning. The rooms are clean and up to date. They have AC and free WiFi. No complaints. I would definitely stay again.

Really helpful and accommodating staff, specially Yousef. We arrived pretty late in the night and Yousef came to pick us up from the Main Street. We were at first a bit sceptical about this place to try it out since there weren’t enough reviews but we are glad we took the chance and it turned out to be a great experience. This place was recently renovated, super clean, good breakfast, and great staff. Highly recommend this place!

This was an amazing place to stay! A true oasis in the middle of the medina. Ayob and all the staff were lovely and true made our stay. Always there to help and go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend!

The riad is amazing and quiet: it’s an oasis of relaxation just a few steps away from the crowded streets of the Medina. The breakfast is excellent, and they offer different homemade pastries every day, but the thing that really makes this place shine is the staff: they are all very, very kind and helpful!

Our stay at this Riad was truly one of the most memorable experiences of our Morocco trip. The hospitality was exceptional from beginning to end, especially from Mr. Hassan. We arrived quite late, around 11 PM, and had requested dinner in advance. Mr. Hassan personally came to meet us and helped carry our luggage. Since it was our first time there, walking through the narrow alleys so late at night initially made us a little uneasy and honestly a bit scared. Mr. Hassan immediately reassured us that there was nothing to worry about, and his kindness made us feel safe and comfortable. Throughout our stay, the staff were incredibly helpful, compassionate, and welcoming. Their hospitality felt genuine, not simply like customer service. After only a short time, the same place that initially felt unfamiliar started to feel like home. What touched us most was the care shown when we were leaving. Mr. Hassan packed breakfast for us so we wouldn’t leave hungry, helped with our luggage again, and personally dropped us off at our desired location. It’s amazing that we arrived feeling nervous, but by the end, leaving genuinely felt like leaving home. Mr. Hassan and the entire team went above and beyond. This wasn’t just a place to stay; it became a special part of our Morocco journey and a memory we will always cherish. Highly recommended!

The staff was super nice, attentive and sweet. Everybody treated us with respect and kindness and made us feel like at home. We enjoyed our stay so much, that whenever we go back to Marrakech, we will definitely be staying with them again!

We had a wonderful experience at Riad Khalifa and would definitely stay here again. Finding the Riad was a little tricky at first, especially since it is located inside the Medina, but everyone we asked was very friendly and helpful with directions. One important tip if you are driving: you cannot take your car all the way into the Medina. We parked on the street outside for about $10 for the entire day. What we wish we had known is that for around $5, you can hire someone with a luggage cart to take your bags all the way to the Riad. We didn't know this and ended up hauling three suitcases through the Medina while trying to find the Riad! Definitely spend the $5—it is worth it. Once we arrived, the experience was excellent. Youssef, who was there during the day, and Hassan, who helped us at night, were fantastic. Both went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast is included and was absolutely delicious. The location is also excellent. You are right in the heart of the Medina, surrounded by hundreds of shops and within easy walking distance of everything you want to experience. Overall, Riad Khalifa was a great choice. The hospitality really stood out, and we would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend it for travelers of all ages. Tip: If you arrive with luggage, hire someone with a cart before entering the Medina. Your back will thank you! 😊

Fantastic staff. Very welcoming. Getting to the door was a bit of an adventure. Huge room with large bath and giant tub. Loads of hot water. Comfy bed and couch. Only issue is that sound absolutely travels due to the original nature of the doors. Other than that, absolutely perfect.

Staying at this riad must count as one of my most wonderful travel experiences. It is just beautiful, and the peace permeated my soul. The level of considerate service was insurpassable, way beyond the strict calls of duty. We had several dinners in the hotel and the food was superb. The breakfast was memorable - delicious, unique and traditional, and served to us on the balcony above the courtyard. I was expecting something unique. This is what we got, even above expectation.

Hotellet var betydligt enklare standard och mer slitet än vad som framgick av bilderna. Internet var nere och trots att vi var väldigt tydliga med att vi behövde sitta och jobba (och allt var i staden var stängt då vi kom fram en söndag kväll) så delade de inte med sig av de sim-kort det sedan visade sig att de använde när de skulle ta €4 betalt för skatten. Frukosten var medioker och rummen enormt lyhörda. Väldigt bra läge dock!
