Wonderful place. The service from the moment we arrived was amazing. We were offered tea during check-in, and the staff took our luggage to our room. We also booked the hammam and spa, which was totally worth it. The room was very nice, and we absolutely loved the decor. Overall, a lovely experience.

Nice location and nice place to stay. Staff amazing good and welcoming. The food is also good. Would have been great with a fridge, specially for the beverages during the summer, that’s a minus.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Bliss. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent. We were only in Marrakech for a short time, but we'd happily return (and hopefully get to experience a spa treatment and the breakfast next time!).

I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad. The room was perfect, and the bathroom felt luxurious and spa-like with every detail thoughtfully designed. The service was impeccable from start to finish. I was picked up from the airport, and when the car could go no further through the medina, a member of staff was waiting to walk me the rest of the way. It made arriving completely stress-free. I was welcomed with fresh mint tea, which was such a lovely introduction to Moroccan hospitality. Breakfast each morning was delicious and felt like a truly authentic Moroccan experience. The pool was peaceful and perfect for relaxing, and the hamman and massage experience was incredibly calming and rejuvenating. Overall, it was an exceptional stay, and I would happily return.

My room ‘8’ was cleaned daily, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, at reception senior members always asked if I needed any trip or local travel advice, very helpful. Breakfast was an eye opener very healthy. Room air conditioning was spot on.

Lovely and peaceful place in the middle of the bustling and chaotic medina. We had room #1 on the ground floor which was large and very nicely decorated, albeit with a somewhat awkward sunken bath tub integrated into the floor in the middle of the room. Watch out if you visit the toilet during the night! We also liked the roof terrace and the breakfast! They also have a small pool there but we didn't use it. Note that as the hotel is in the middle of the medina, you can't access it by taxi. Hence when you arrive, you should call the hotel and they will send someone to trolley your luggage the ~350m from the main road. That said, the location is very central and very close to the Le Jardin Secret and Dar El Bacha. Would we stay again? 100%.

Stunning interior design. Beautiful and opulent vibe in this riad. My first thing staying in a Riad and it was a great experience. Ali was particularly super friendly and helpful. Great location, in a nice part of the medina close to pretty much everything within a 15 minute walk.

Excellent value for money. The hotel itself gave a great sense of its history with grand front entrance and intricately carved wooden doors. Rooftop breakfast was delicious and proportions kept me going until late dinner. Staff were very helpful and polyglot. Will definitely stay at Bliss on next trip to Marrakech if this popular Riad isn’t already completely booked.
