「This is like a small apartment so you could easily stay for a week & cook for yourself as all facilities are there just not a large oven but an adequate cooktop. It is well placed in the city, near other large hotels but with small owned cafes’s etc close by. There is a lift so no need to lug your bags upstairs. Great people at reception especially Fatima who was most helpful on my arrival & showed me good cafe’s & how to get places.」

「The staff was amazing - all of them, want to mention Aamar though in particular. They go out of their way to accommodate guests' requests, polite and helpful. Room was clean and large but the hotel is a bit dated and located about 30 minutes drive from centre. 」

「La piscine n’est pas une piscine, c’est plutôt une patogoire. Le petit déjeuner est restreint, si vous arriver vers 10h il ne reste plus grand chose, les serviettes en papier sont compté, ainsi que les bouteilles d’eau, on ne les déposes pas automatiquement, le client doit en faire la demande. Les images ne refletes pas la realite. Quel deception.」

「The staff were rude and not helpful at all. Our kids were not allowed to use the pool, and we later heard from a staff member that the pool does not even belong to the hotel. This was very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel.」

「La qualité du service rien à dire parfait. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Par contre la propreté de la chambre moyenne. Le tapis est très sale, le toilette avec des traces jaunes, cheveux dans le lit... Faites attention car l'hôtel est très loin de Marrakech, et il n'y a rien à faire dans cette ville. Il faut remonter à Marrakech à chaque fois presque 1h de trajet et le taxi coûte chère. 」

「Hissi mennyt rikki asiakkaat sisällä. Poertsari päästi ulkopuolinen asiakas jonka tunkeutui asiakkaiten kesken hissiin jonka ollut yli täysi ja pysähtyi matkalla kerrosten välissä yli 10min. Hotellissa ei ollut peittoja eikä lakanoita piti soittaa henkilökunnalle joka vastasi että on niin kuuma ja ei tarvitse lakanoita. Kumma! Wc.ssa ovi ei mene kiinni. Portsari kysyy koko ajan ja jatkuvasti milloin ja monelta on lähtö vaikka hänellä on kerrottu milloin myös hänellä on kopio sopimiksesta,...
