The staff and the property could not have been better. Even before our trip, Maryam texted to welcome us and help us with transfers from the airport. During our stay, I and my two sons really appreciated the warmth and friendliness of all staff. We were able to organise taxis, get some great restaurant recommendations and arrange a tour up to the mountains. Breakfast every day was great, with fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, your choice of eggs and pancakes or something similar. The pool is beautiful and the beds are SUPER comfortable.
By the way, we highly recommend Hicham, one of the drivers!

Hot tub was terrible. It was set at 41 degrees so we couldn't use it. By the time itgot down to a reasonable temperature we were leaving, it was dirty so a waste of money.
Staff cannot do enough for you but the hotel is looking a bit tatty.
