The facilities are very clean. At the shop, they only sell souvenirs, not daily necessities. A rich breakfast is provided. Unfortunately, when I went to the restaurant to have dinner, there was no staff there.

Great stay! Free upgrade to a suite! Plenty of choice at breakfast. Huge pools. Area is very walkable into the Medina there are taxis out the front waiting of you do need one. I would stay here again!

Initially had a misunderstanding at the front desk, but it got reconciled, and everyone was very professional and friendly. Majority of the time the staff in all areas from the restaurant to the pool are very polite and attentive trying to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. We found the room to be impeccable. Just be aware there are no washcloths. The shower is very nice.

Had an amazing stay at Kenzi Rose Garden! The hospitality is truly top class, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was very spacious, and I’m especially thankful for the effort made to make my anniversary trip so special with such a top-notch room. It really added a memorable touch to our stay. A special mention to Siham — she is very knowledgeable and guided us to some great spots for shopping and hanging around. Such a jolly and warm person, she made our experience even better! The buffet food was also excellent, offering a great variety to suit everyone’s taste. The location is perfect — about a 30-minute walk to the souks and just 5–10 minutes to Menara Mall, Nobu rooftop restaurant, and Louis Vuitton for shopping. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Marrakech!

Hôtel et personnel parfait , petit bémol sur le spa et sa rapidité d’exécution si vite arrivé si vite expédier, j’étais vraiment venu pour le faire plusieurs fois du coup je n’y est fait que un passage mais les lieux sont vraiment très bien équipé , après avoir fait la remarque les masseuses m’ont prolongé mon massage, seulement j’étais surtout venue pour le hammam !!!!

The staff at the reception, including the manager, were not very helpful with providing the right information. There was noticeable passive aggressiveness in their responses and a general sense of nonchalance. On the night we checked in, I was told that breakfast and dinner were included in my reservation. After dropping our bags, we went to one of the hotel restaurants for dinner since we were quite hungry. However, after the meal we were asked to pay. I mentioned that my reservation covered breakfast and dinner, but the staff explained that it only applied to a specific restaurant. This was never clearly communicated to us at reception during check-in. I immediately called reception to clarify the situation, but they said there was nothing they could do and advised me to speak with the manager the following day. The next morning, the manager was initially friendly, but after a brief conversation in their language with one of the reception staff, his attitude noticeably changed. He became passive aggressive and insisted there was nothing they could do. I explained that if the correct information had been given at check-in, the situation would not have happened. He said he would investigate, but there was no follow-up, feedback, or any form of compensation. Even at the designated restaurant, we were still required to pay for water during dinner, which made the package even more confusing. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The room itself was nice and had a pleasant pool view, and the amenities were acceptable. However, the overall experience was disappointing mainly due to the staff. Most of the staff were extremely rude, unfriendly, and had very limited English, which made communication difficult. The food was also very poor — both the breakfast and the restaurants were well below expectations. Unfortunately, the service and dining experience significantly impacted what could have otherwise been a decent stay, specially for what it’s supposed to be a 4-star hotel.

Spa was lovely, breakfast OK and dinner disappointing. Staff were rude when I raised an issue about the room I'd been given not being as expected (and smelling badly of stale smoke despite being a non-smoking room) - one receptionist hung up on me when I called from the room. I was told repeatedly to come back later at reception and they tried to give me a smaller room that the category I paid for. Eventually got a nice room but it ruined the first 2 days of our holiday. Would never go back.

I really loved the scent that greeted me when I entered the hotel. The lobby smelled like a SPA, setting a great tone. Check-in was seamless; our bags were held and taken to our room when it was ready. The room itself was very clean. Most staff were polite. The bellhops and housekeeping staff seemed friendliest, even though they didn’t fully speak English. And the food was flavorful. The hotel’s near the airport, and the location is close to restaurants, shopping spots, and nighttime activities. As an English-speaking tourist, I understand I’m a guest in a country where English isn’t the national language. I confirmed the hotel could accommodate me before booking. Having said that, the language barrier did create a few communication errors. On 2 occasions, I inquired with the front desk staff and got wrong information because they misunderstood my request. I let it go. SPA services seem more cultural than international, so I’d thoroughly inquire before booking a service to prevent disappointment. All in all, I’d rate the hotel a 4 out of 5.
