気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備
The hotel overall is nice and we have had a nice break. However, there are a few area's that really need to be improved.
The rooms are tired and need updating, broken tiles in the bathroom, mould on the ceiling and furniture generally a bit run down.
Water issues, this was a problem throughout our stay. Rooms and communal toilets often didnt have water to flush the toilets and the taps worked periodically.
Staff, there were a lot of staff but most of them were standing around talking. On several occasions we had to gonin search for a drink at lunch time as the machines were switched off and there were only a handfull of half full bottles of pepsi etc. Dotted about. The hotel predominately caters for the French and this was very apparent when it came to service levels. French guest were greeted at the tables and offered drinks whereas the English were often left to their own devices.
On the whole, the food was nice albeit a bit repetive but the lack of water and service received means we won't be coming back.
