「Beautiful property.. a true beauty」

「Property was clean , rooms very big and spacious, the pool is lovely as it has areas for the kids and the entertainment team are super fantastic at keeping everyone enjoying their stay all day. Restaurant staff are really great at customer service, food could have a bit more variety but ok . Overall all the staff made the stay a great one, definitely going back.」

「L’hôtel est clairement vieillissant et ne correspond pas au standing attendu. Malgré plusieurs demandes formulées auprès du service clientèle, rien n’a réellement été pris en compte. Seul point positif : les femmes de ménage, qui ont été adorables et professionnelles. En revanche, le reste du personnel s’est montré peu aimable, peu attentif et parfois désagréable. Une expérience globalement décevante.」

「I had a lovely stay at PL Place. It was quiet, relaxing and the staff were so lovely to us and treated us very kindly which we appreciated so much. If you like calm and luxury, this is the place for you. There was a staff member who was so lovely in the day time who helped move our sun beds, umbrella around etc. and a very lovely staff member who worked in the evenings and made sure lighting would be on when we were walking in and out late. 「There’s no doubt this is a stunning property. We stayed in a delux villa which was also beautifully furnished. Being Relais & Chateâux we expected service to be of very high standard which it certainly was not. There’s clearly a lack of leadership and proper training.」

「Tout était parfait du début à la fin. La chambre était spacieuse, d’une propreté irréprochable et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le coin terrasse est magnifique, un vrai petit havre de paix. On entend le doux bruit de la fontaine, hyper apaisant… un vrai moment de détente. Le personnel est exceptionnel : toujours souriant, bienveillant et attentif.
