"This hotel is great. It’s in the Medina - a beautiful walled city full of spices and great architecture. The hotel is well decorated, very clean and has great amenities. I especially liked the fresh dates every day. The staff are very friendly - this is some of the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced. I would stay here again. "

"Everything in the riad was top notch. Only had one issue with one of the staff member. Hassan was overly friendly and gained our trust. He then connected us with a taxi driver who scammed us. the rate was decided ahead of time but after the trip he was asking for triple the amount. He also took us to a shop that scammed us and overcharged us. When we returned to our riad, Hassan was no where to be found. He knew he did us dirty and hid from us. I feel like Hassan and the taxi driver works together to scam people by gaining trust. Be careful and don’t trust anyone there."

"We had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was delicious with a great variety, and everything was well organised and clean. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt very well looked after.
