「Wondeful place 」

「One of the beds was not in a good condition. My daughter could not sleep that night because de bed was inclined to one side. So the next night we had to make reservation in other hotel because of that night experience. 」

「Noisy in the morning. Was awakened by other guests at 330 in the morning to very very loud music!」

「Great hotel. Clean room, the staff with excellent customer service. The breakfast was perfect. 」

「Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.」

「They were still doing renovations while we were there. So they had no bar or anything to eat at the hotel they didn’t even have a microwave in the room to heat any food up that you would have brought back to the room. And I believe someone stole a very important necklace from my room 」

「Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! 」

「The place was great - close to beach & restaurants. Quiet area and clean. Staff was nice - got back w me within mins. Property was very nice, renovated recently seems like. The hot water was warm, not hot. Comforts of a home away from home. The only issue was the noise throughout the day and night due to water being pumped up again and again. Lasted for about 1-2 mins then stop then a few more times throughout the night. Sounded like a loud garage door opening or closing. I would stay there...

「All around great experience 」

「Pros: Area is great, there is a bodega across the street and a must try food truck next door, 20 minute walk from escambron beach and old San Juan. Staff was mostly friendly. Pool is open 24 hrs. Parking lot is large and easily accessible. Cons: Incredibly limited in-room facilities, no microwave and no hair dryer. You have to walk half a block away to get into a building where you can use a microwave. Good luck getting a hot shower, on demand water heater rapidly changes from boiling hot water...
