The staff was very helpful and was able to accommodate us with an early check-in. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The suites were equipped with everything you need. The location is great, close to the airport and walking distance to markets and eatery.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff Angel helped me out when ingot there late and i was able to find the correct room. Its in a great area with bars ,live music and fruit stands i will definitely be coming back

Booked this hotel at the last minute due to flight cancellations. So glad I did. Absolutely amazing place. We had the family suite that had 4 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. Checkin was a breeze and staff was so welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Placita Hotel. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to walk around and access everything nearby. The property is beautifully designed with a charming, stylish feel. Everything was spotless and exceptionally clean. The staff truly deserves an A+ friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Stay here after Christmas. It was nice room was clean. Looks just like pictures. Staff was good. Only bad thing was the pool is very tiny. It’s heated, which is great but very small..there are so many great walkable, restaurants, and activities and nightlife was great

My stay at Casa Placita Hotel was amazing 🤩. The location is perfect close to everything and very convenient for getting around. So I didn’t need to rent a car since transportation only cost about $5–$10. The hotel is near the mall, beaches, Old San Juan, the T-Mobile District, and Plaza Santurce, which was my favorite. The hotel is cozy, very clean, and well maintained, with everything you need. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Clean new renovated rooms. Good security. Bed was a little firm for me, and there is an active outdoor music bar just down the street. Apartment is well insulated, though, so did not keep us awake, and wrapped up by 11pm. I would stay here again.
