「Hotel didn’t look anything like the photos shown!! 1st room was greeted in the bed with ants! To be told at reception they would “upgrade” me!! Upgraded room was no better! Shower seal was green! Splats all over the carpet! Everything about it was awful!! 」

「Newbridge suite was amazing we booked for a second time hoping to stay in this room too but we’re put up in a different room unfortunately Super comfy bed great bath tub with jets easy check in Recommend staying here 」

「Lovely little place to stay. Easily walk to two different Tube stations. Rooms are small, so may not work well for long stays. AC and heating work well. Everything was clean and well maintained. 」

「割と清潔でした。テレビ使えなかったのと（使い方間違っていたのかもしれませんが）、洗面台が壊れてましたが十分快適なホテルでした。」

「ロンドンを訪れる時は、いつもこのホテルに泊まります。こじんまりしていながら、清潔、機能的で、居心地がよい。またどこへ行くにも歩いていける立地も気に入っています。散歩やランニングするための公園も周囲にたくさんあって、市街地ながら自然がたくさんあります。 訪問時は毎回ドアマンのJimと写真を撮るのを楽しみにしていたが、昨年亡くなったとスタッフから聞きました。RIP🙏 次回ロンドンを訪問するときにも、また泊まりたいです。」
