"Esterlin (concierge) and Franklin (bartender) were the true stars of the show. The up sellers that try to get you to “enhance your stay” are kinda pushy and annoying, but if you ignore them they will eventually leave you alone. The room and really the whole resort were kept immaculately clean. The buffet was mid, but it’s always going to be quantity over quality at places like that. The actual restaurants were very good. Overall it was a great place to vacation at."

"The staff was amazing! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The food was consistently delicious. My only issue was that the housekeeping service for my room was consistently poor. When I arrived the floor near the toilet was visibly dirty (yuck!), there was hair in the bathtub, and there was no shower gel. I reported these issues to hotel staff and they were not rectified. I ended up cleaning the bathroom floor myself. Eventually, I did reach out again (this time to my butler) and was able to get shower gel. I also did not receive replacement wash cloths on multiple days, and had to ask my butler for them. All in all, I am hoping my housekeeping issues were an exception, as the rest of my stay was amazing."
