"This property is close to the airport, airport shuttle is not free. Carpet and the floor in bathroom looks very old. Overall ok hotel"

"This is a good place to stay to be near the airport but other than that not my favorite. The rooms have poor lighting and lobby area is dark. We went first to the bistro to eat and were seated but then no one came to take our order so we left. There is a bar with pub food so we ordered from the bar and sat in the pub area to eat. The automated check in took forever and we had to finally get someone to activate our room keys. I would recommend going to the service desk for faster service."

"This is a great hotel to stay when flying from Heathrow t5. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The clincher for me is the pod which is a sort of people mover on a rail that goes to and from the Thistle and T5, it makes it so easy."
