Very spacious and comfortable living and dining rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very helpful host. Just right for our family group in the area for a wedding.
Large comfortable house in very peaceful, country location. Plenty of space of a group of 8 friends, which meant we enjoyed a relaxing, chill-out weekend. Very grateful for the constant warmth from the kitchen aga which helped to offset the chilly weather.
It was a late booking that Kenneth accommodated us for, we were a party of 7 for a quiet hen party.Lovely quiet location, plenty of room for us to play games etc. House itself is a bit tired but well equipped. Ken is very thorough in his show around and how things work.
10 of us stayed here for a new year and it was lovely. The house is very big and has lots of space. The living room was lovely with a fireplace. It is an old house so there were a couple cobwebs and dustiness is some places but that is to be expected. Ken was a lovey host to welcomed us at check in and explained how everything worker, for example the Arga oven and heating system. Would recommend for families and large group of friends.
Lovely cottage in the British countryside, the place might be a bit old-fashioned but very confortable for a larg group (we were 9). Kenneth has been very helpful and is a highly recommended host.
Was exactly what we wanted somewhere quiet to stay with the family for pre-christmas celebration. Had not realised it was Arga for cooking, but have to say it was easy to use, and cooked our evening meal excellently.
Would book again.
