Nice clean room - got an upgrade due to a noisy team building day next to our original room, which was appreciated.
Restaurant food quality was delicious!
Sauna and steam room were a little lacklustre - they could have benefited from being more powerful.
The manor House was amazing. We wanted to just relax. The facilities available were in great condition the spa was relaxing the food was beautifully presented and delicious and the stuff were kind helpful and happy. We will definitely recommend it will be going back. Thank you.
We had a wonderful stay at Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa for 2 nights after Christmas as a family of 5. We have been here before but this time we stayed in the main manor part of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing, dinner was delicious too! Service from everyone who works in the hotel were just brilliant! We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and we will no doubt be coming back again.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Very helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Spotless spa and swimming pool.
Let down by quality of breakfast ingredients, dirty plates/glasses (needs someone to check dishwasher and polish glassware).
Easy parking, convenient for Stratford.
I would stay again at a discounted rate, but breakfast elsewhere.
Great service, staff were very attentive and friendly. Bedroom was very spacious and the molton brown toiletries were an added bonus. The swimming pool was really nice and clean . Food and dinner and breakfast was very good . Drinks were quite expensive but was expected for the hotel. Beautiful grounds. Will be back
What a beautiful place to stay, old school service, fabulous gardens. Huge gorgeous room, lots of nooks and crannies to get lost in. Some feedback not a complaint - spa needs a jacuzzi esp outside to take in the views and changing rooms need to be regularly cleaned of excess water
Room was lovely and big. Bathroom also amazing.
Gardens beautiful and the chapel/church eerie but steeped in history.
Evening meal was a let down but was sorted out by the lovely Chris.
Breakfast very satisfying, plenty of everything to satisfy all pallets.
Overall an amazing 1 night stay.
It needs to be clearer when booking a room if it will be in the lovely house that is in all the pictures or in an annexe that feels functional rather than special. We booked a superior king believing we would be in the house, so were disappointed that it wasn't the birthday treat we thought it was going to be. We had to move rooms( still in the annexe) due to a barking dog in the room next to us, which made us feel that they were lesser rooms. The specifications on the booking were not matched as we had no robes or coffee machine in room. The bar and restaurant staff were all good and helpful. We would recommend that you check where the accommodation is before booking to make sure your not disappointed.
Lovely hotel. Great room with a beautiful view. The service was exemplary, particularly from the bar staff in the evening and the breakfast and afternoon tea serving staff.
I would thoroughly recommend this beautiful, historic property. Friendly staff, good food and a very comfortable room all contributed to a wonderful overnight stay.
Lovely historical hotel, friendly staff who could never do too much, lovely spa. Wedding event meant it was quite busy when we arrived. Check in would have been quicker if the bloke in front of us wasn’t after every discount or upgrade he wasn’t entitled to. The weather was even great making it lovely to sit in the grounds in the evening. Gardens were sculpted to within an inch of their lives.
Beautiful building with a fascinating history.
As an older guest I found the rabbit warren of corridors and endless staircases stressful. We were actually given a room at the very end of a corridor on the third floor( there is no lift). Happily the hotel changed that for us and so we enjoyed our stay. My advice is if you have any mobility problems you should let the hotel know on booking a room!!
It’s a lovely hotel in a lovely setting and the staff are excellent. Our dinner was very enjoyable and all things considered, I would thoroughly recommend a stay here. It’s really close to Stratford with all its delights.
