Lovely old property . Nicely decorated. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately my bathroom needed refurbishing the bath was chipped and bath taps loose and parts missing. The window frame was rusty and needed painting. A shame because room decor was pleasant.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Wood Norton, the hotel was in a great location and the facilities were lovely. We had a king size bed which was fabulous and the shower was very spacious. The only criticism we had about the room was that it only had 2 lamps with no main light, so it was quite dark in the evening. Would definitely return for another visit.

Had an amazing stay. The building, grounds and the rooms were all stunning and clean, but what really stood out were the staff - everyone we met at the hotel was not only super-friendly but able to take a moment to have a good chat. Will definitely be back!

Lovely hotel with beautiful scenery as a backdrop. Staff all very helpful. Stayed over following a family event for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration and it was a great venue for it.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms were a good size and very clean, the bar and pool room were a great place to rekax, and the gardens are beautiful. Breakfast was nice, it is a good location, we would stay here again.

Went to stay here for a night with my husband and loved it. I loved the bath in my room as the water pressure was good and I could watch the tv while I was in the bath. The grounds were amazing and I can imagine how it would look in the summer months. The buildings themselves were very well maintained and absolutely stunning. We had breakfast with our stay too which was spot on too. Would definitely come back again. x

Lovely clean room. Comfortable bed. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Provided me with extra cup of fresh milk for making drinks in my room. Food was lovely. Only disappointments for me were that I had presumed our room was in the main building with a lift but was in a separate building up a slope and with a flight of stairs. I have poor mobility which was a problem but I had not checked this out beforehand Lesson learned. Also the Spa is not next door but is a short walk away and costs £40 for two to have one swim session. Seems expensive to me , maybe not to others. Still it was a lovely stay
