「Great Hotel」

「The hotel and staff were great. Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion. The evening buffet is nice but also expensive and not really worth it for families with picky eater kids」

「A typical hotel near the airport」

「The English garden here is wonderful and it distinguishes the hotel from all others. I truly hope that the management does not cut the costs to keep it beautiful.」

「Staff」

「こちらのミスで旅行続行不可能かというアクシデントがありましたが、ホテルの献身的で素晴らしいスタッフ達のおかげで無事解決しました。ウインザー城へのアクセスがすぐのロケーションが抜群のホテルです！」

「Very friendly and professional check-in. Stayed in room 306. Decor was tired and scruffy. Dangerous light socket by the bed. Window was filthy and all the paint work around it was a mess. Breakfast options were OK. Overall disappointed by the quality of the room and wouldn’t recommend.」

「Property was ok. Staff was great.」
