「Shampoo. Body soap, conditioner were not prepared in1st day, conditioner was not as well in 2nd day.」

「There is no staff on site that I could tell. Our room didn’t have a hair dryer and when I called to request one, no one was available to bring it until after 9am which was after I left for the day.
