「Very important to note that this property is an en-suite room in a shared space. The space to eat and the kitchen pictured are not exclusively part of the booking, and are shared with multiple other rooms. The kitchen is not well equipped even for making tea/coffee with no mugs, cups or glasses available or even washing up liquid. 「There was an infestation of sewer flies in the downstairs of the property, perhaps due to a food recycling bin. Tiles in the bathroom had moldy grout. The walls were grimy. We have photos. Altogether, it had a dirty feel which is not what one expects for the premium price.」
