The hotel is less than a 20 minute walk from the station so easy to get to. The hot tub and swimmjng pool was great.

「Every member of staff were so helpful. Never rushed you. And the fish tanks were out of the world. Such a pleasure to watch. The bed rooms were well laid out. And a lot of thought had gone into the people's needs. Comfortable bed and chairs. 」

And were extremely impressed with the customer service. It is very rare to find a hotel where across the board the staff are helpful and polite and greet to you with a smile when we visited the health club we were offered a tour of the facilities and the procedure for borrowing towels, robes and padlocks was clearly explained to us by a girl called Katie without us even having to ask. she was excellent! Equally, we had a problem...
