"Location for Ascot amazing, lovely staff food and drinks excellent. Room could do with updating and toilet/shower room was from a motorhome style but did the job. Very accomodating with fans for rooms in the hot weather and all round very good 👍 "

"Well all you need to know is we passed the police raiding with Tasers drawn in the corridor as we were leaving... Unclean, unwelcoming locked front door, very tired fittings, mouldy, musty smelling, broken tap, could go on. Recommended if you want to be on Police camera action. "

"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. "This hotel is situated in a lovely small town and in my opinion it is the central hub of the area. This hotel had everything and would be perfect for a weekend staycation. The restaurant and bar attached had amazing food, seating and atmosphere. You could spend the entire day on the property enjoying the place and amenities. Our room was small but immaculately decorated. I highly recommend this stay"
