"I booked this hotel rather than other less expensive airport hotels as it advertised spa facilities. However these were unexpectedly shut when I was there, so I felt as though I wasted money. The staff were not apologetic about this and did not offer any alternatives or compensation, which was disappointing. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable, though the decor is a bit dated. Also, strangely there were no outlets by the bed, so I had to charge my phone in an outlet across the room from me and I worried about not hearing my alarm in the morning."

"Very convenient hotel for access to Heathrow. Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. A public bus runs right outside the hotel for direct access to Heathrow at a cost of less than £2.00. Parking is also safe and secure underground."

"There are 3 Ibis hotels in a row so make sure you know which one you are staying at. The hotel hopper doesn’t start till 4:40 am so if you have an early flight the better option is to take the local bus to the airport (make sure you get in the right bus for the terminal you are leaving from) which run 24/7 and are only a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. This is a no frills hotel but good value for the money."
