「英国の綺麗なHistoric Hotel。広々としたお部屋とアットホームな雰囲気。とても快適に過ごせて満足です。また、スタッフの方は、私の初歩的英語レベルにも、親切なご対応で安心。更に、朝食は英国の伝統的な雰囲気のレストランで、とても美味くいただく事ができ、優雅な経験でした。そして何より、私1人の滞在にご対応いただけた事をとても光栄に思います。英国旅行の最終日にふさわしい、理想的な景観に囲まれ、バス停も近く、ひーす空港へは所要15分程度と安心。また私的には英国全般？の特徴といいますか、少々の不備さが付いてくるのは、日常の弛まぬ工夫や習慣という印象です。」

「BEWARE, this property greatly lacks security! The listing does (minimally) state that there is no staff on site. Yet, My wife & I were given entry into the building without having completed the supposed mandatory online check-in, having only spoken to someone through the Ring doorbell camera. We found that the key lock box for our room has been improperly closed by the previous guest, with our room key literally falling out of the lock box when we entered the house. 「We had a fantastic time , Jenny is a prefect host. We arrived in the afternoon, used they pool and garden, then the next day she allowed us to use the pool again after check out time. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and cosy. It was a very hot day/night, she provided a fan and we managed to stay cool. Turns out she comes from my home town, so we had a lot to chat about. We just needed some peace and quiet to relax after a difficult week. Thank you Jenny for a wonderful stay.」

「ギルフォードのハイストリートにある風格漂うプチホテル。 駅からも徒歩10分以内。スーツケースを引きずっても苦にならない距離でした。 お城、サリー大学、美味しい飲食店、お洒落なショップ、スーパーも徒歩圏内でギルフォードの全てを踏破できました。 ホテル内は貴族の館のような雰囲気です。 重厚な家具に、お花がいたるところに飾られていて、大変きれいに保たれていました。 お部屋も大変広く驚きました。 裏部屋でしたが、窓も大きく、明り取りも十分です。 お紅茶なども色々おいていただき、とても楽しめました。 お湯が出ないコメントが散見されましたので恐れていましたが、私の滞在中は、火傷しそうなくらい熱いお湯が十分に出ました。 おぞらく、ロンドンですと、3倍近い宿泊料金なるかと思います。 スタッフの方もどの方も大変親切で、気持ちよい滞在となりました。 ギルフォードへ行かれる方には、ぜひお勧めしたいです。 」

「Delightful stay.」

「2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....

「Nice, old classy place, well kept with up to date furniture and a mini frig stocked with free snacks and drinks, but the advertised free self-parking is only in the street, which fills up quickly. They have a small front yard where a few vehicles can park after checking in for a cost of ten (10) British pounds.」

「Seemed clean enough but was a bit of a dive. Noisy with fire doors banging. Parking to check in was difficult until got access to the parking thru the barrier, probably limited parking if you arrive late.」
