"Venue was a little tatty. Redecoration in certain areas would be a good start. On a positive having Ev chargepoints was very helpful as we had a long journey ahead the next day. Staff were very good. "

We were given a room in a bungalow on the grounds which was very private and quite looking onto a garden, I really loved the fact that it had its own private kitchen and the staff were very helpful in providing things that ran out. "Very poor main light in bedroom...get some brighter bulbs!!! Bathroom lighting poor....no light over the mirror,difficult to wet shave and make-up!!!! As always bath towels too small for average sized person to wrap round at the waist....let's have proper BATH SHEETS next time you but towels....please!!!! Internal phone didn't work had to walk all the way down to reception to ask how the tv remote worked!!!! Get some basic instructions on the room amenities!!!!"
