"Had an amazing 4nights stay here. Everything was exceptionally good. Room was spacious, clean and more importantly the friendly staff. Alex speaks good english and helped us to arrange our Halong Bay day tour and also the Trang An limousine transfer. Great service and location wise was superb! Strategically located in the Old Quarter and it's only a walking distance to almost everywhere."
