"All over it was a pleasant experience.. being in n the resort for a few times already. The quality of food went down compared with other times we were there. Also the restaurants not taking reservations and telling you .. sorry you are not ELITE… when restaurant was empty… it was a big Nono for us. Of course we found a … $20 way to get in the second time, but we didn’t feel that was right. We were tipping anyway but not happy to be forced to tip in order to get a steak when the restaurant was half empty."

"Cleanest and best maintained all-inclusive we have stayed at! The room was very spacious and very clean. The staff was amazing everywhere we went, and the resort never felt crowded wherever we went. There were always chairs around the circle pool available and the bar staff there were always attentive and ready to take drink requests. Arturo at the buffett was always nearby and quick with anything we needed. The restaurants were all delicious and easy to get reservations at. Being so close to the airport is a huge bonus too. We will definitely be back to Haven!"
