"Overall, the facilities were clean, and people were very friendly. The pool was average at best. I’ve had so much better pool experience and every other hotel I’ve stayed in. Concierge were never available when we needed them. Food within the all inclusive was just average. I did not like that associates were trying to upsell us on everything from food to cabana to spa at every time. It was very annoying and uncomfortable."
