"The beach area is pretty small compared to puerta vallarta. Everything was so loud I cant figure out how people think the noise is relaxing. The shows at night had the volume excessively loud! Everything else was nice, clean, staff work very hard. The food is just ok. "

Housekeeping missed getting to our room 2 of the days we were there despite us being out if the room for 7 hours during the day. The pools were decent, staff were pleadant and helpful.
