Owner is very kind so sorry for the negative review but our stay was not enjoyable. TV doesn't work, owner said he would come fix it but didn't. We ran out of toilet paper and there was no extra anywhere. No blankets just sheets, they could have put some blankets in the dresser? No hot water and when you're not feeling well a cold shower is torturous. No mat or extra towel to put down when you come out of the shower so you're just tracking water all over the bathroom. And the walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors getting text messages and coughing. Will not be back and do not recommend.

Habitación con lo necesario (mini-fridge, micro, buen internet, agua caliente, a/c). La ubicación del lugar es buena, con servicios cercanos. Buena atención, comunicación, y limpieza. El cuarto da a la calle, por lo que puede haber ruido y luz desde temprano.

Très décevant

Devant l’excellente note affichée, je ne me suis pas posé de question ! Et la déception ! Ma chambre l’avait aucun extérieur comme on aurait pu le penser avec les images quand on clique sur la chambre, mais en plus la chambre donnait directement sur l’entrée de l’hôtel, donc obligés d’avoir les rideaux fermés et de rester dans l’obscurité. Aucune insonorité. Nous avon été réveillés à 1h du matin par la conversation téléphonique du propriétaire (je crois). Nous sommes de bons marcheurs donc la distance ne nous a pas gênés, mais il faut compter 2 km pour aller au centre où au terminal de bus. Sinon le personnel et le propriétaire sont très aimables. En tout cas, précisez bien que vous ne voulez pas la chambre 1 !

Great place to stay.

Enjoyed staying here very much.Just blocks from '5th Ave" without the noise of the cluns. Modern room with balcony and great shower. Would definately stay again.

Un petit hôte très sympa dans une rue hyper calme et pourtant à quelques rues de la rue commerciale et de la plage ! Nous avons eut une chambre avec très grand lit mais pas de balcon comme sur les photos ! Le gestionnaire était très sympa ! On recommande !

Very Good place in Playa

Easy checking although that my cellphone stop working and lost communication they were there to greed us with a smile. The owner is very attentive and give us information about the area, we felt comfortable and safe. The place is very tranquil, day and night, exactly what we wanted for a couple of nights.

It is excellent hotel for the money you pay. It has everything you need. If you are staying on the first floor, next to the reception, it could be noisy sometimes. Highly recomended.

En realidad era muy distinto a lo que imaginé porque más que hotel son como suites con todos los servicios y detalles que te hacen sentir muy cómodo, las camas nuevas, las sábanas muy limpias, todo perfectamente aseado y vale mucho la pena por lo cantidad que pague. Los responsables sumamente amables y muy simpáticos y algo importante, te dan privacidad y hacen q te sientas como en en casa
