「This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,...

「We had a wonderful experience at Kai Tulum! Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach and sea were clean, beautiful, and warm — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Caribbean. Another big advantage was the nearby Maya archaeological museum, which made the experience even more special for us. The location was excellent, and everything met our expectations. We would definitely recommend Kai Tulum to anyone visiting the area!」

「Very peaceful and serenity if that's what your looking for. No TV ,no plugs for electric appliances, only basic plug for phone, our room had no AC,but we were literally on the beach. Internet is limited and not very good. Open doors and sm window with the standing fans were good. Mosquito nets in the room. Its a very eclectic type of environment. All the rooms are different and they all have their own specific name. Hardly any staff, but very friendly Atmosphere. When you arrive they give you a...

「excelente servicio」

「We had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent. and definitely a place to return to. The beach was good and only hampered by the seaweed, not the fault of the resort The resort was pleasantly tucked inside a gated community, and so there was no noise from street traffic. There were very nice shops at the very short walk to Dolphin Island Marina. We also went on excursions to the Mayan ruins and the Cenotes, each were full days with lots of travel time.」
