"Small&clean "

"Spacious room. Staff was courteous and attentive. "

"It is a bit dingy, tight, and unkept but it is appropriate for the price. I’d stay again if I wanted to keep my accommodation low. It is really close to a subway station which is convenient. One thing to keep in mind though is that they do not watch your items if you’re only staying one night. So be sure to store your valuables in your capsule and close the blinds so that it looks you’re in your capsule."

"Good location, staff were generally quite helpful and had a working command of english. Room space was somewhat tight but to be expected as it's Tokyo after all. They did do a relatively good job in designing the toilet to make the most of the restricted space though. I liked how you could pick up the amenities you require from the front desk, which helps to ensure a more comfortable stay. What I thought could be improved was their unwillingness to offer free early check-in even if there are...

"New experience, safe and clean"

"Comfortable and more spacious than people realize. It was a little warm and there's not any way to adjust temperatures. Otherwise, no complaints. If I'm traveling on my own, I would definitely do it again."

"Right next to the Senso-ji temple and their shopping district so it's a very convenient place to stay! It's also a few minutes walk from Sumida Park and a ton of other really great locations. The street itself isn't too busy which is nice and they have a cafe open 7am-10pm which is nice since a lot of places don't open until 10am. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice. We stayed 2 separate times upon arrival and before our departure from Japan and have no complaints!"

"Quick and convenient for a night’s stay"

"Nice size corner room with two windows. Compared with other business hotels it was rather spacious. Really nice breakfast with soup that changed daily and nice to get some toast as well. The 24 hour cafe on the ground floor with wi-fi helped make it a nice place to relax."

"You need to understand what is a capsule hotel. Even though it looks a bit weird, it does exactly what it is made for. Giving you a place to sleep, dry and clean. The commodities are shared by all the customers, so you have to expect some flaws. Not because of the staff… they were always vacuuming the carpet and answering all the customers but this place bring a lot of weird persons and some don’t clean after them. I really enjoyed that place."

"Staffs are friendly. Hotel room very clean. A new hotel in the heart of Ueno. So near from/to Keisei train station. Lots of places to dine. I’ll stay here again when I come back to Tokyo."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and roomy enough. Hot water was instant and water pressure was strong. We stayed 2 weeks and were comfortable. A/C was cold and quiet. Hotel is across the street from a major train station, so that was convenient."

"Good cheap property that is reasonably clean and very close to public transit to get you anywhere in Tokyo in 45 minutes or less. "

"It had just opened a few weeks before my stay here. It was very nice! Very clean, very kind staff. The rooms are small, but it was all the space we needed. Would definitely recommend. Continently also right beside a 711! "
