I like how I got to order a breakfast for 600yen as a hotel deal. I think it was pretty good for what we paid for. I had fun and it was overall clean.

Good budget hotel. Close to Sengakuji Stn (exit A4). A 7 eleven is very close to hotel and a Lawson’s is across the street. If you’re going to Shinagawa stn via the Keikyu line. Use platform 1. Use platform 2 to return but make sure the train stops at Sengakuji stn.

It’s amazing area. Very close to everything like train station, gym, convenient store, and it’s 30 mins walk to Tokyo tower. I would recommend.

Hotel is nice, but front staff is not helpful and it’s a pain having your room cleaned every 3 days. They did not explain what to do with garbage or used towels….

A nice hotel

A great hotel for my stay in Japan. Staff were very friendly, and the room fit well for what I needed it for. The bed was comfortable, and the controls for the room were very accessible. No issues whatsoever! The closest station is Sengakuji which takes the Asakusa and Keiku line

Close to 7Eleven and KK line A07 Sengakuji Station. However walking down stairs might have made much inconvenience to those who carried luggage.

Clean, quiet and neat

Reception desk is very helpful and warm. I’m from HK and a member of staff Miss Wong gave me great help to guide me taking an express train from Sengakuji to Narita airport. It was not shown on my google advised route so without her, I would have taken lots of inconvenient interchanges to get there. On my last day, I borrowed a scale to weigh my luggage and a Japanese manager helped me lift it up to weigh it. He is very kind. I like my own bathroom in my room, a desk, hanging racks and a mini fridge. It was really quiet in my room and I did not hear anything from other rooms. There is a 7-11 next to the hotel. The location is convenient to get to Ginza and transfer to other lines to reach major travel spots. I would stay here again next time.

Absolutely amazing!

Have stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The room is quiet, new and clean. You can get the toiletries in front of the reception, the staff are so friendly. Even you didn’t request a cleaning service they will provide new towels and bin bag for you everyday and hanging them outside your room, which is very caring. There is a convenient store next to the hotel, and there are metro and JR stations within 10 minutes walk as well, definitely a great location. The only problem of my room is there is no view because it is very near and facing to the next building. And there is no early check in option. But it won’t stop me to book this hotel again when I travel to Tokyo next time!
