"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tokyo. It is located in a quiet area, which was a nice escape from the busy city, while still being convenient for getting around. The hotel itself feels modern and luxurious, and everything was clean and well maintained. One of the biggest advantages was that all of the staff spoke English very well, making communication easy and helping us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Everyone was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day. We also really enjoyed the traditional Japanese-style sauna, which was a relaxing experience after a long day of exploring Tokyo. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The reason we stayed here was due to the fact that we knew that we were not planning on being at the hotel and wanted to be near Disney for a short period of time. We included breakfast and given the price of the hotel it was worth it. My 3 year olds breakfast was free and there were high chairs and boosters available at the restaurant. The rooms are spacious for a family of 4 with young children. They have potty seats that you can use during your stay and there was a step stool in the room which made it very child friendly. They also have pajamas and toiletries available during your stay. The listing says there are no elevators but there are elevators. There is a shuttle that runs frequently to Disneyland and Disney Sea during the beginning and end of day and less frequently throughout the day. We had no troubles finding the location of the shuttle with the detailed map. There is a Lawson in the hotel which is convenient for snacks and convenient store meals. If you want to find a proper dinner I would recommend going to Ikspiari near Maihama station. While there aren’t that many direct buses during the evenings you can walk from the Disneyland location to Ikspiari to shop and eat. That is probably the one recommendation is for there to also be more frequent buses to Maihama station throughout the day. On a day that is wet or hot it adds a convenient amenity. Lastly the hotel next door has a spa that can be used for the day. We didn’t go but it seemed convenient."

"I liked that the hotel was right across from the train station to take you to the parks. The hotel room was big. I traveled with two kids one 10 and the other 6. Only think I didn't like was the food shops were closed early. So if you get in late try to get food before or just ordered Uber Eats. Very well air conditioned"

"Room is Clean and Modern. Upstairs pool is 5000 yen charge to use th beds for 3 hours, there is no bar and you can only take up water - strict policy. I like to relax and be able to enjoy a pool experience so the water rule wasn't my idea of a good time. You can use the thermal baths for free between certain hours. The shuttle buses are great but there is a big gap between the times going out and returning. There isn't much to do close by other than Disney so if you want to eat anywhere else etc or even just get a coffee In the morning then facilities for that are limited. You can't just take a stroll to the shops, everything is a taxi ride away. Staying for 4 days with my son I found that quite challenging especially around eating times when we weren't at Disney. We used Uber eats but the hotel policy is to not deliver to the room so if you are alone with children that is a challenge. They did accommodate with this however. There are washing machines which is handy but you can't put a lot in them, the wash and dry cycle left my clothing wet and I had to wait which meant more money and paying for late check out (again the hotel did this at a cheaper cost but it meant my next check in at my next residence was delayed). The staff were very helpful and couldn't be nicer. They did a review at the beginning which would be better at the end. Coffee machines or a coffee machine down stairs would be handy because if you don't have breakfast downstairs you can't just buy coffe"
