"First time to Cancun, really enjoyed the atmosphere of the resort given it was slower season when we went! The room was very clean and the resort was not busy at all. The entire resort was very easy to navigate. Their butler system also very handy if you have any questions. Love the spa, probably one of the best spa I’ve been to. The entire stay was very relaxing. Would stay again for sure. "
