643…the service and food were excellent..beware of the room upgrade .. didn’t put 5 stars cause there was no elevator to the 4 th floor . Walking up down stairs was not worth the view of the beach ..,

This was the best resort I've ever stayed at for so many reasons. Forget your worries, disconnect, and enjoy everything palmaia has to offer. If you value quality good rather than quantity, healthy food over heavy, whole foods over processed, this place is for you! The rooms are all ocean view and the whole resort is walkable. I had such memorable classes here and the personal concierge services was a nice touch and way for us to feel connected all through the week. Already planning my next visit!! The resort was great, room was fantastic. Caution about the $200 resort credit.The Expedia listing is deceiving. There are limitations such as $10 off a full price wine bottle, $40 off regular priced spa service. Great buffet at the Market Cafe. Nice sit down places near the pool with ocean views (Seaside Grill and Oceana). Fine dining choices in the evening include Himitsu (Japanese), Bordeaux (French)(long wait at times), Portofino (Italian) and El Patio (Mexican). All of the restaurants were fantastic & no resy needed. (Hibachi at Himitsu needs a resy due to limited seating). There are plenty of events during the day that are free. We decided to just hang out at the pool most of the time. The concierges are at every building, and communicate through WhatsApp if you need anything. The staff does go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. The reason I did not rate it 5 is because I did not sleep well at night due 2 the bed & pillows. It was just not comfortable for me. I still prefer the beds and pillows at a JW Marriott. The resort grounds are immaculate! Pools are sparkling clean. Beaches are pristine, smooth white sand that feels like flour on your feet. They have exercise classes, free paddle boarding & kayaking outings and bike ride through the local town. If U take the Wyndham "timeshare" pres, it's about 2hours for $200 credit towards your hotel bill. The survey lady was rude. Just keep saying No until they give you all the bells/whistles.

Great variety and quality of food. Great drinks. Great staff. Very clean and spacious. Regular events either at Riu Party or within the hotel itself.

Bello lugar , en los restaurante a la carta muy buena comida, menos el restaurant de Mariscos, poca variedad y mala preparación. Los demas restaurants excelentes todos. Animación y personal de servicios excelentes en
