Desde el primer momento, María se ha caracterizado por ser una persona muy amable, atenta, profesional y, sobre todo, siempre dispuesta a ayudar con cualquier necesidad que podamos tener. Cada vez que necesitamos algo, ella hace todo lo posible para ayudarnos y asegurarse de que todo esté en orden. "We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and there were lots of activities for both kids and adults. The pools and beach were beautiful, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy our vacation. A special thank you to the bartender, Miguel. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the best drinks during our stay. We highly recommend trying the “Miguel Special”—it was absolutely delicious and one of the highlights of our trip! Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. We look forward to coming back in the future!"

"El hotel está muy bonito, pero la Comida está muy normal no esperen algo delicioso y no tiene nada de shows nada bajas a cenar y listo no hay nada un DJ que pone música normal 1 hora otro que toca el violín y se acabó así que es lo único por lo que no volvería después de las 5 pm no hay cierra la playa el bar y la Alberca"

"First Experience of an All Inclusive This was our first experience of an all inclusive resort (well a resort in general). Cancun has been a bucket list stay for us and we chose Excellence PM based on all the fantastic reviews. It did not disappoint. The service from the moment we walked on property to when we left was phenomenal. We had the opportunity to eat at almost every restaurant and there are so many options. Everything was so delicious and great quality. The beds are comfortable and you do have access to a “pillow menu” upon arrival. You can request a specific pillow if you do not like what is already in the room. We did the Excellence Club and an Ocean View room. We stayed in building 8 looking over a club pool by the Celio bar. The building has not been renovated yet but it was still beautiful and comfortable. The rooms do have A/C and a fan. It’s comfortable enough that coming back to the room from the July heat was a relief. There was also a wide variety of groups (couples, adult families, friends, bachelor/bachelorette parties) and ages. We took advantage of the different excursions that Seasons had available including a catamaran with snorkeling to Isla Mujeres, a tour of El Meco, and golf at Playa Mujeres Golf Club. We plan to visit again in the future!"
