"Everything was perfect. We had this time the plunge pool. The first time we had a swimup room. The plunge pool is the 4th floor. We had a garden view and was very quiet, which is what we wanted. The swimup we had was directly across the pool bar. The staff was great."

"No wifi when you go to the beach area. Also they should have built washrooms in the main dining (Moctezuma) as it’s a pain in the ass to go to the nearest one (which was btw far) located by the sports bar / near the gym. Foods were all tasty and delicious!!!! I gained 3.5kg in a week! Can you imagine?! 😂"

"La verdad el hotel esta bueno lo unico que no es muy grande y aveces uno se aburre un poco, la comida no es tampoco la mejor, buffet no mucha variedad y los a la carta estan muy normalitos, el lugar de juegos es muy simple y la disco igual, lo que si esta lindo, limpio y el staff bien agradable, un hotel bueno pero le faltan cosas que hacer como los hoteles grandes"

"Overall, I think the hotel is very good—clean and well-organized, with pretty good food. The butlers really enhance the stay. However, there were a few details I didn't like: for instance, my wife only drinks champagne, but when we asked at the pool bar, we were told they didn't have any. Later, I ordered a "Coco Loco" and was told they were out of coconut liqueur; then I asked for a Heineken, only to be told they only had Dos Equis on tap. At the beach restaurant, they didn't have orange Fanta—things that shouldn't happen at a resort of that caliber. Aside from that, though, I think the overall experience was quite good."

Our stay at Excellence Coral Cancun was nothing short of incredible, and what truly made the experience unforgettable was the exceptional service from the staff. A huge shoutout to Alberto at the pool bar—he was absolutely phenomenal! Always welcoming us with a smile, remembering our favorite drinks, and keeping the good vibes going all day long. Whether it was a perfectly crafted cocktail or just a friendly conversation, Alberto made every poolside moment feel special and fun. We also have to recognize Orlando at the Kitchen Table restaurant. His attention to detail and genuine kindness elevated every meal we had there. Orlando went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—offering great recommendations, making sure we were taken care of, and creating such a warm, inviting dining experience. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning grounds, great food, and plenty to do—but it’s people like Alberto and Orlando who truly set it apart. Their dedication and hospitality made our trip memorable, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, and top-tier service. 💙🌴🍹"
