「Everything was wonderful. For an all inclusive the food was pretty good, not amazing but pretty good. Plenty of choices for food that’s for sure. It’s was well maintained and clean but there is room for improvements. The two story terrace room with private pool is great but the pool is lacking and that level should definitely have some plants or other items to warm it up a bit. It would be nice if you could adjust the pool more even if you could turn the jets. The television set up is terrible....

「Loved the location, walking about 5 minutes to playa norte and the pool was nice, liked the two restaurants on property too. The rooms were clean but outdated, but that’s ok. We had everything we needed to stay 4 nights, not luxury just needs and it worked. Clean towels, friendly staff, fridge, tv, cold ac and beautiful view. Stay here and save $」

「came here for my birthday i had an amazing time. breakfast is included. kind staff. the beach is beautiful and clean i walked down to riu to swim it was amazing. the tacos are delicious and the manager is very kind. the reception guys are so helpful and have positive energy. the room is comfortable and spacious enough for a solo traveller.」

「Hotel is beautiful and clean some stuff are very friendly some no so much but that’s normal Everywhere you go. Beware and wake up really early to get a spot at the splash pad if you’re taking kids people camp out there since 8 am. Also make sure you schedule your dinner reservations as soon as you get there if not you will be stuck eating either at the Buffett or room services. Because they are the only ones that aren’t open a bit later.」

「We had a great stay at this resort. The resort itself was wonderful. The amenities were great and I had an excellent massage. I did not get the pedicure that I paid for, but they did reimburse me the difference. I also think that the food could be improved since this is a five star resort who didn’t live up to those standards.」

「The spa wasnt open , the restaurant wasnt open . Both showers leaked , But , overall very nice and quiet . The A.C. worked good .」

「英語が喋れるスタッフが少なく部屋を掃除してくれたときに部屋の電気をつけるためのカードが持って行かれてしまっておりそれをロビーで説明しても全く理解してもらえず新しいカードが発行されるまで時間がかかった。また床が掃除されていないのであまり清潔には感じなかった。また利用したいとは思わなかった」

「Hidden gym. Very clean, well maintained hotel. Desk staff was helpful.and friendly. We had a room facing the back of the hotel so no problem with noise. Room had strong WiFi and air conditioning. The shower had cool water but no hot water. Bed mattess was firm but not uncomfortable. 」
