「Ok, para la calidad de Hotel que propenen ser, es imposible que NO tengan servicio de alimentos y bebidas en los camastros, cualquier Hotel de can cun de la misma categoria te atienden directamnte a tu camastro. Sin embargo siempre me he considerado una persona justa, SI hay un barecito en la playa al que tienes que caminar para que te den tus bebidas, pero por la cetegoria del Hotel definitivamente te deberian poder servir alimentos y bebidas directo a tu camastro. 「The room was super cute and clan. The only thing I found dirty was some dishes in the cabinet. But we quickly washed them. The little boutique hotel is very central. Not too far from the beach. About a 10-15 min walk. But they offer a free beach pass to a beach club. So you get a chair and umbrella. That was so awesome. We spent two days at the beach. 「英語が喋れるスタッフが少なく部屋を掃除してくれたときに部屋の電気をつけるためのカードが持って行かれてしまっておりそれをロビーで説明しても全く理解してもらえず新しいカードが発行されるまで時間がかかった。また床が掃除されていないのであまり清潔には感じなかった。また利用したいとは思わなかった」

「Check In is fast but the resort is at full capacity is room were late, unclean, and not nice view location. None of the perks were acknowledge nor offer until a flood of complaints about the room escalated to manager level. Nevertheless, this is a nice resort with great restaurants and resort amenities. The beach here is not nice so it is definitely not for beach lovers」
