They were attentive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even made my birthday feel really special, which I’ll never forget. It felt personal, warm, and truly well taken care of. The ambiance of the resort was a solid 10/10—beautiful, relaxing, and exactly the kind of luxury getaway we were looking for. The staff across the entire property were consistently warm, welcoming, and respectful, which made the experience even better. Food-wise, it was a bit mixed, but overall still enjoyable. We didn’t get to try everything, but Helios and Capricho were great for breakfast and definitely stood out for us. Overall, the service and atmosphere carried the experience in the best way. We left feeling well taken care of, appreciated, and honestly a little spoiled. We will absolutely be coming back again—that’s a promise. If you come here request Sergio and Ana as your butlers you will not be disappointed. I miss them already!"

"This place needs a lot of work—it’s clearly run down. The only real positive is the beachfront location, but beyond that, it’s very dirty and poorly maintained. I saw a cockroach in the restroom and there were a lot of mosquitoes. I would not recommend this place and wouldn’t stay here again."
